OGIO previews the new 2008 Exodus Cart bag at the PGA Merchandise Show, live from Orlando, Florida.

Usually, I tend to carry heavy load with me. My laptop backpack (full to the top with further stuff most of the times) and often I carry other stuff around. My record of "loaded cargo" on my back, I believe it’s when I go spend the day at a beach in which I have to walk a rather long walk to get to the place I like. The challenge is that I would like to bring just a little more stuff, but I refrain, as it would be too much to carry on me. This lead me to sketch, on my mind, a 4×4 pull cart. It would have a leash, and it would ease my pulling effort by spinning its wheels by itself as needed. I imagine it working with a 12v car battery and low torque electric motor (or motors). It’s still a question mark for me, what distance will I be able to cover without draining the battery. And, I want the cart to be as silent as possible.

I intend to make a blog post about this project. I will post the URL here later. If I create for myself useful information that is not online, I will share it!

I’ve read several reviews stating that these brands of stand bags can be a problem putting on a cart properly due to the way the foot extension of the stand sticks out. Anyone here have any experience with this? Thanks.

Can you get stand bags that will also work on a cart? (a cart you pull not one you drive)
And if so: What’s a good lightweight one?
